How to Verify QUANTUM (QNT) on Solscan Step by Step

Updated | 3 min read | QUANTUM (QNT) community

Step by step

  1. Confirm the address. Copy the QNT mint address DeqsPTYwvsNjkf5G8zDxziUnFPp55nQZA4vrNM2apump from a trusted source and paste it into the explorer search. Do not search by name, because copycat tokens use the same name and ticker. Compare the address on the result page with DeqsPTYwvsNjkf5G8zDxziUnFPp55nQZA4vrNM2apump character by character.
  2. Check the name and ticker. On the token page, confirm the name is Quantinuum and the ticker is QNT. A matching name is only a first check, since copies can look identical. The address is what proves identity.
  3. Compare the supply. Find the supply figure on the token page. The launch supply was 1,000,000,000, and the current supply should be at or below that. As of 2026-10-11 it was 944,262,562. The difference is the burnt amount, 55,737,438.
  4. Check the decimals. The token should show 6 decimals. If the page shows a very different number, you may be on the wrong token.
  5. Check the mint authority. Look in the token details for the mint authority. For QNT it should be revoked or empty. If an address is listed, someone could create new tokens, and it is not the QNT described here.
  6. Check the freeze authority. Look for the freeze authority in the same details. For QNT it should also be revoked or empty, meaning token accounts cannot be frozen.
  7. Check the metadata. Find the metadata or update authority details. For QNT the update authority is revoked, so the name and ticker are fixed. Also note the token program is Token-2022.
  8. Review holders. Open the holders section and look at the number of holders and how much the largest accounts own. As of 2026-10-11 there were 885 holders. A few wallets holding a large share is a risk worth noting. Some large accounts may be liquidity pools, so look at each address.
  9. Find the trading pool. Check where QNT trades. The verified pool is on PumpSwap, created 2026-06-04, with pool address CGKib1WYM8PnD98Eu92gt6bec8Q81PLv59URHHwFwu41. Make sure any pool you use contains the exact QNT mint.
  10. Cross-check elsewhere. Compare what you saw with a second source, such as DexScreener or GeckoTerminal, and with this site's live stats. Small timing differences are normal.

Anyone can check the key facts about QNT on a public Solana explorer. You do not need to trust this site: the blockchain is the source of truth. This guide uses Solscan as the example, but any reputable explorer works and the labels may differ. For tool basics see how to use Solscan.

If something does not match

Stop. Do not buy or approve anything. You may be on a copycat token or a phishing page. Read memecoin scams and the general method in how to verify a Solana token contract. Never share your seed phrase with anyone who offers to help you verify.

A screen by screen walkthrough

Solscan changes its layout from time to time, so treat the names below as a guide. Its own help page for the token page describes an overview with price, fully diluted market cap, total supply and holder count, a profile summary with name, ticker, address and mint authority, and tabs for transactions, holders and analysis, plus market information showing the DEX, trading pair and pool value locked. The Solana documentation defines the key fields: the mint account holds the total supply and decimals, the mint authority is the account allowed to create new units, and the freeze authority is the account allowed to freeze tokens in a token account so they cannot be transferred or burned.

  1. Address in the search bar. Paste DeqsPTYwvsNjkf5G8zDxziUnFPp55nQZA4vrNM2apump. A good result is a single token page whose address matches exactly. A bad result is a list of lookalikes, which means you searched by name.
  2. Supply on the overview. Look for total supply. Good: a number at or below 1,000,000,000 that matches 944,262,562 as of 2026-10-11. Bad: a larger number, which suggests either inflation or a different token.
  3. Mint authority in the profile summary. Good: the field shows no authority, or is shown as empty or revoked. Bad: a wallet address is listed, because that wallet can create more tokens.
  4. Freeze authority and update authority. These may sit in a details or more section, and the layout may show them differently. Good: none set. Bad: an address is listed, because that wallet could freeze accounts or edit the metadata.
  5. Holders tab. Each row shows a token account address, an owner address, a percentage of supply and a value. The token account holds the balance, while the owner is the wallet that controls it, as the Solana docs explain. Good: no single owner with an extreme share, and the biggest owners are explainable. Bad: one fresh wallet holding a huge share.
  6. Owner types. Click the top owners. A normal wallet, a program owned account and a liquidity pool vault look different on the account page. A pool vault holding a large share is expected and is not a person selling. A normal wallet holding the same share is a concentration risk.
  7. Analysis tab. The pie chart shows how much the top 10, 20, 50 or 100 owners hold. Compare it with the holder count of 885.
  8. Markets information. Find the DEX, the pair and the pool address. It should match the pool address CGKib1WYM8PnD98Eu92gt6bec8Q81PLv59URHHwFwu41 on PumpSwap. Open the pool account and confirm one side of the pair is the exact mint DeqsPTYwvsNjkf5G8zDxziUnFPp55nQZA4vrNM2apump.
  9. Transactions tab. Read recent activity. Good: ordinary swaps and transfers. Bad: constant tiny transfers to many wallets or unexplained program calls you cannot identify.

Common mistakes

A clean result on every step shows that the token matches the on-chain facts described on this site. It says nothing about price or future outcomes. Not financial advice.

Frequently asked questions

Which part proves a token is the real QNT?

Only the exact mint address DeqsPTYwvsNjkf5G8zDxziUnFPp55nQZA4vrNM2apump. Name, ticker and logo can all be copied.

What should the QNT authorities show?

Mint authority, freeze authority and metadata update authority should all be revoked.

Do I need Solscan specifically?

No. Any reputable Solana explorer shows the same on-chain data, though layouts differ.

Why might my supply differ from this site?

Supply can drop when tokens are burnt, and the site snapshot may be older than the live chain. The blockchain figure is the one to trust.

What is the difference between a token account and an owner?

A token account holds a balance of one token. The owner is the wallet that is authorized to transfer from it. Holder lists on explorers show both.

Why is a pool listed as a top holder?

The liquidity pool holds tokens so traders can swap against it. That is normal, but it is a different thing from a person holding a large share.

Does Token-2022 change what I check?

The main checks stay the same. Token-2022 adds optional extensions, so a deeper look at the mint account on an explorer can show whether extra features are set.

What if my explorer hides the authority fields?

Try another reputable explorer or the details view. If you cannot confirm the authorities, do not assume they are revoked.
