QNT Holdings Calculator: Your Share of the Supply
Why the share matters
Your percentage of supply shows how concentrated holdings are. If a few wallets own large shares, they can move the price. See holder concentration and whale risk and how to read holder distribution.
Notes
- Values use the latest saved price and may lag the live market.
- Value is not what you would receive if you sold. Selling moves the price. See the price impact calculator and how to sell QNT.

The maths with worked examples
Share of supply = your balance divided by the current supply. Value = your balance times price. The numbers below are illustrations and do not describe the live token. With the default balance of 1,000,000 and a supply of 1,000,000,000, your share is 0.1 percent. If part of the supply is burned and 950,000,000 remains, the same balance is 1 / 950, or about 0.105 percent. Your balance did not change, but your slice did. At a made-up price of $0.00004 per token, 1,000,000 tokens would display as $40. That is a mark-to-market number, not cash.
Why display value is not sale value
Value uses the last price, but selling moves the price along the pool curve. In a simple constant product pool with $17,500 on its quote side, selling tokens worth $1,750 at the displayed price returns about $1,590.91 and pushes the price down about 17.4 percent, as shown on the price impact calculator. So the bigger your position relative to the pool, the more your display value overstates what you could realize. See also How to Sell QNT.
What share sizes mean
| Share of supply | Tokens at 1,000,000,000 supply | What it generally implies |
|---|---|---|
| 0.01% | 100,000 | Small holder. Selling barely moves a normal pool. |
| 0.1% | 1,000,000 | Still small, but visible in thin pools. |
| 1% | 10,000,000 | A large holder in a small token. Selling matters. |
| 5% | 50,000,000 | A whale. Market impact is significant. |
Whether a share is large depends on the pool, not only the supply. See Holder Concentration and Whale Risk and How to Read Token Holder Distribution.
Common mistakes
- Entering the raw on-chain amount instead of the adjusted token count. With 6 decimals, divide raw by 1,000,000.
- Counting tokens that sit in the pool or a burn address as "circulating". They are part of supply but not ordinary holders.
- Treating the value as profit. Without your buy price, there is no gain or loss. Use the gain and loss calculator for the recovery maths.
- Forgetting the data may lag. The price is the latest saved figure.
How to check your balance yourself
Open your wallet's token list, then confirm the mint address on an explorer as described in How to Use Solscan to Check a Solana Token. The supply and decimals come from the mint. Learn what these fields mean in What Is a Token Mint and Token Supply on Solana. Education only, not financial advice. The QNT memecoin is independent of Quantinuum Ltd.
Using it as a research aid
Try three balances: a small one, one equal to 1 percent of supply and one equal to 5 percent. Watch how the value line and the share line change, then paste the larger balances into the price impact calculator as sales. You will see that big holders face very different trading conditions than small ones. That is also why a token whose top holders sit at several percent each deserves extra caution. It is a way to think about risk, not a signal to buy or sell.

Frequently asked questions
How is my share of supply calculated?
Your balance divided by the current total supply.
Why is the value different from what I can sell for?
Because selling moves the price in the pool and fees apply.
What share of supply is 10,000,000 tokens?
At a supply of 1,000,000,000 it is 1 percent. If the supply has fallen through burns, the share is slightly higher.
Does burning change my balance?
No. It lowers total supply, so your percentage rises while your token count stays the same.
Why is my displayed value different from my wallet's?
The calculator uses the latest saved price, which can lag the live market and differ from the number your wallet app shows.
Can this tell me if I should sell?
No. It is arithmetic only and not financial advice.
